Welcome to our FAQ page. To help you prepare for your stay and answer any questions you may have, we’ve compiled a list of our guests’ most frequently asked questions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am.

NB: Depending on availability, early check-in (1pm) or late check-out (1pm) can be arranged. This supplement costs €50.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the Koener Hotel offers secure indoor parking, available at an additional cost to our guests (€15/night).

Outside, you’ll find several public parking lots in the center of Clervaux, including one in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, entirely free of charge. So parking at the Koener Hotel is particularly easy.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Not always. If you book directly via our website, you’ll be offered several different rates. You’ll find the best available rate excluding breakfast, as well as a rate including breakfast.

In our themed stays and special offers, breakfast is systematically included.

Does the hotel accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcome at the Koener Hotel for a supplement of €25 per night.

In the restaurant and breakfast room, your dog may accompany you, but certain places will be allocated to ensure peace and quiet.

What catering options are available at the hotel?

The Koener hotel has two restaurants.

Le Chloé restaurant features French gastronomy (open only in the evening).
Brasserie Koener is a traditional Luxembourg restaurant offering gourmet cuisine (open for lunch and dinner).

When you book directly via our website, you can add a half-board option to your stay by selecting the “3-course Discovery Menu” supplement (€49 per person).

Is access to the Cinq Mondes SPA included in my stay?

Yes, it’s certainly one of our hotel’s greatest assets. Access to the Cinq Mondes SPA is offered to all our customers when you book directly via our website.

Our SPA includes a pool area with bubble bath, a Monde du Sauna (naturist area, toweling tolerated) with sauna, hammam, salt grotto, a relaxation room and a small fitness room.

Does the hotel have a gym?

Yes, the hotel has a fitness area accessible from the Cinq Mondes SPA.

Access is systematically offered when you book online via our website.

This area contains weight machines, bicycles and running mats.

Are wellness services available at the hotel?

Yes, our SPA Cinq Mondes offers a range of treatments and massages. Advance booking is recommended.

Does the hotel offer rooms suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have rooms specially adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Please inform us of your needs when you make your reservation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Does the hotel offer activities or guided tours?

We offer special packages that include local attractions such as the Château de Clervaux, the Musée des Maquettes des Châteaux Luxembourgeois, and much more. Our reception will be happy to help you organize your stay.

We usually offer a flexible cancellation policy, giving you the chance to cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

What means of transport are available to get to the hotel?

Hotel Koener is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Clervaux railway station is a 2 km walk away. A bus stop linking the major towns in the north of the country is just 200m from our reception.

On request, we can also arrange transfers from train stations or airports (extra charge according to demand).

Does the hotel offer gift packs?
